Phlebotomy and blood work
Blood draws for diagnostic testing ordered by your provider can be performed at the time of your visit or at any time that is convenient for you. There is no need to schedule an appointment. Simply arrive at our office, check in at the front desk, and you’ll be called when we’re ready for you. All blood work at our facility is performed by LabCorp.

SIBO testing services
All hydrogen and methane breath testing services are rendered by the Center for SIBO Testing which operates within our clinic. You can either return your samples by mail using the pre-paid return shipping label included in each SIBO test kit, or you can drop your samples off at our office during normal Cascade Integrative Medicine business hours. Samples that arrive in our office by 3:00 pm PDT will be analyzed and reported to the ordering provider on the same day that they arrive. If samples arrive after 3:00 pm PDT, they may be analyzed and reported the following day. All medical billing for the Center for SIBO Testing is performed by the billing department at Cascade Integrative Medicine.
For general questions about SIBO testing, including obtaining a test kit, diet preparation, medication use or discontinuation prior to a test may be directed to the Center for SIBO Testing customer service line.
