Payment Methods

Cascade Integrative Medicine accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, debit cards, health savings account cards, personal checks, and cash. Payment is always due at the time of service.

Financial Hardship

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please discuss this with us prior to your visit so that a mutually agreeable payment plan can be arranged.

Fees for Laboratory Services

Laboratory services are outsourced to Quest, LabCorp and PACLAB. Most patients will have some out-of-network lab coverage. We can also offer special lab pricing for those patients who pay upfront. These discounts can be dramatic sometimes up to 70% off the direct lab charge.

Purchasing Prescription Supplements

Herbal, nutritional and homeopathic supplements can be purchased through our dispensary, Cascade Integrative Pharmacy of Seattle. As a patient, you can purchase these items tax-free if prescribed by one of our practitioners. Although insurance does not typically cover these supplements, they are usually reimbursable through a pre-tax health savings account (HSA) or a flexible spending account (FSA). Be sure to ask one of our practitioners for a prescription that can be sent in for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy and Missed Appointment Fee

Our office requires at least 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Whether you are a new or established patient, failure to notify our office at least 48 hours, in advance, will incur a missed appointment fee of $175.00.  As long as we are notified at least 48 hours ahead of time, there will be no charge for changes to your appointment.
