Review our financial policies before your first appointment. Cascade Integrative Medicine accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, debit cards, health savings accountant flexible spending account cards, personal checks, and cash.

Payment Methods

Cascade Integrative Medicine accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, debit cards, health savings and flexible spending account cards, personal checks, and cash. We do not accept American Express. When paying out-of-pocket, charges are always due at the time of service.  If billing insurance, copayments and open account balances will be collected at the time of your appointment.

Financial Hardship

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please discuss this with us prior to your visit so that a mutually agreeable payment plan can be arranged.

Purchasing Prescription Supplements

Herbal, nutritional and homeopathic supplements can be purchased through our dispensary, Cascade Integrative Pharmacy of Seattle. As a patient, you can purchase these items tax-free if prescribed by one of our practitioners. Although insurance does not typically cover these supplements, they are usually reimbursable through a pre-tax health savings account (HSA) or a flexible spending account (FSA). Be sure to ask one of our practitioners for a prescription that can be sent in for reimbursement.

Missed Appointments

Our office requires at least 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Whether you are a new or established patient, failure to notify our office at least 48 hours, in advance, will incur a missed appointment fee of $50 for the first missed appointment and $175 for subsequent missed appointments.  As long as we are notified at least 48 hours ahead of time by phone or text, there will be no charge cancel or reschedule your appointment.
