BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Blier earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine and a master’s degree in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine from Bastyr University. Hailing from Massachusetts, she journeyed westward while serving as a flight mechanic in the United States Coast Guard, where she worked on MH-65 rescue helicopters.
As a dedicated healthcare provider, Dr. Blier is deeply committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can thoughtfully explore their medical options. She takes the time to understand each person’s unique circumstances, motivations, and values, empowering them to embrace a transformative journey toward embodied wholeness. By skillfully integrating modern and traditional healing modalities, Dr. Blier collaborates with her patients to craft personalized treatment plans that resonate with their identities and reflect the diverse ways they engage with the world.
While open to pretty much all treatment modalities and conditions, she has particular experience and interest in primary care, women’s health, functional medicine, environmental medicine, western herbal medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, mental health, craniosacral therapy, and 5 Element Chinese theory.
In her leisure time, she finds joy in dancing to live music, immersing herself in books, and exploring nature through hiking and backpacking. She also enjoys attending music festivals, listening to Sasquatch podcasts, conversing with her plants and three dogs, and cherishing moments with her friends and family.
