Naturopathic Doctor
Full-time, $80-120k/yr
Overview
Cascade Integrative Medicine is looking for a seasoned naturopathic doctor to take on a busy schedule of patients with an emphasis on women’s health and gastrointestinal disorders, especially SIBO.
Cascade Integrative Medicine is a truly integrative medical practice on Seattle’s Eastside. We occupy a newly renovated, 5,700 sq ft clinic in a medical building in Issaquah with phlebotomy in-house. Our providers span a range of specialties including naturopathic doctors, certified clinical nutritionists, counselors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and a massage therapist. Cascade Integrative Medicine owns the Center for SIBO Testing, which prospective naturopathic doctors would have direct access to.
Our emphasis, first and foremost, is on patient care; we provide longer (and fewer) patient visits and offer the best, evidence-based treatment options available by leveraging both conventional and complementary medicine modalities.
We are a provider-led organization that is sensitive to the needs of both provider and patient. The team at Cascade Integrative Medicine is a highly collaborative and collegial group comprised of warm and friendly professionals who share the singular goal of improving the lives of their patients.
We are seeking a like-minded naturopathic doctor who embraces integrative health care and the merging of conventional and complementary medical philosophies to provide the best care possible to all patients regardless of cultural, racial, ethnic, sexual, and spiritual background.

Resident Naturopathic Doctor
Full-time, $55,000/yr
Overview
Cascade Integrative Medicine is proud to be an affiliate site for CNME (Council of Naturopathic Medical Education)-accredited naturopathic residencies. Cascade Integrative Medicine is the only truly integrative medical practice on Seattle’s Eastside. Our clinic is a newly renovated, 5,700 sq ft space that includes 17 exam rooms, two conference rooms, two lab areas, a break room, a chart room, and both internal and external waiting areas. Our providers include medical (MDs) and naturopathic doctors (NDs), certified clinical nutritionists, and in collaboration with Thrive Integrative Health, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. Our emphasis, first and foremost, is on patient care; we provide longer (and fewer) patient visits and offer the best, evidence-based treatment options available by leveraging both conventional and complementary medicine modalities.

Cascade Integrative Medicine provides training, in association and cooperation with its affiliated participating institutions, in post-graduate medical education programs that meet the standards established by CNME.
At the conclusion of the residency, residents will:
- be proficient in collecting clinical data through patient interview, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging and laboratory results.
- be proficient in utilizing clinical data to prioritize problems and formulate differential diagnoses.
- be proficient in the formulation of diagnostic and therapeutic treatment plans demonstrating awareness of risks, benefits, costs, patient preferences, taking into consideration ethical and psychosocial aspects.
- have observed excellent communication skills to use with patients, families and other members of the health care team, demonstrating respect, compassion and integrity.
- demonstrate a commitment to ethical principles and to their professional responsibilities.
- embrace the philosophy and practice of lifelong learning to maintain a broad knowledge base. They will keep abreast of the pertinent current literature and be able to translate this to effective clinical practice. Residents will be proficient in the search and critical evaluation of the medical literature to answer clinical questions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and bedside manner

- Completion of an ND program from CNME-accredited school
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Washington
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient visits, including patient interviews, physical examination, review of medications, and laboratory testing results as required by supervisor.
- Perform procedures as required by supervisor, initially under supervision until competence is demonstrated, then independently
- Meet clinic requirements with respect to medical records.
- Participate in clinic grand rounds or other clinic-specific didactic activities.
